At Scrumptious Treats, we take pride in baking fresh, high-quality vegan treats. As our products are perishable and made to order, we have a strict return and refund policy to ensure fairness for all customers.

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
   
• If there is an issue with your order, please refer to our Refund Policy below.
   

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products – If your cake or baked goods arrive damaged, please provide clear photos within 5 hour of receipt. This does not apply to next day orders due to the timeframe for the order and delivery or collection.

Incorrect Order – If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 5 hour for a resolution. This does not apply to next day orders due to the timeframe for the order and delivery or collection.

No Refunds for Personal Taste Preferences – We cannot offer refunds if you simply do not like the taste or texture.

No Refunds for Late Collection or Missed Deliveries – We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or missed delivery attempts.

No Refunds for Allergy Concerns – While our products are 100% vegan, they are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, and soy. We cannot guarantee they are free from cross-contamination.

To request a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

Email us at info@scrumptioustreats.co.uk   or call 07379 996 293 within 5 hours of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.
We will assess your request and respond within 5 business days.

• If approved, refunds will be issued within 10 business days via the original payment method.
   
• Replacement orders will be scheduled as soon as possible.
   
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was on our end.
