 At Scrumptious Treats, we take pride in baking fresh, high-quality vegan treats. As our products are perishable and made to order, we have a strict return and refund policy to ensure fairness for all customers.

1. Terms of Return

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. 

If there is an issue with your order, please refer to our Refund Policy below. 

2. Refund Policy

We only offer replacements under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products – If your cake or baked goods arrive damaged, please provide clear photos within 5 hour of receipt. This does not apply to next day orders due to the timeframe for the order and delivery or collection.

Incorrect Order – If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 5 hour for a resolution. This does not apply to next day orders due to the timeframe for the order and delivery or collection.

No Refunds for Personal Taste Preferences – We cannot offer refunds if you simply do not like the taste or texture.

No Refunds for Late Collection or Missed Deliveries – We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or missed delivery attempts.

No Refunds for Allergy Concerns– While our products are 100% vegan, they are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten and soy. We cannot guarantee they are free from cross-contamination.

3. How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

Email us at info@scrumptioustreats.co.uk or call 07379 996 293 within 5 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable. We will assess your request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Replacement Process

If approved, replacements will be scheduled as soon as possible. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was on our end.
