1. Orders and Payments

All prices are in pounds and include applicable taxes. 

Orders must be paid in full before processing. 

We accept PayPal. 

2. Delivery and Collection

Orders are available for local pickup or delivery in within 1 mile of Hornchurch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. 

If you are not available at the time of delivery, re-delivery may incur an extra charge. 

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of purchase for a full refund. 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. 

If there is an issue with your order (e.g., wrong item or damaged goods), please contact us within 6 hours for a resolution. 

4. Allergies and Dietary Information

Our products are 100% vegan, but we operate in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, and soy. 

We cannot guarantee that our treats are free from cross-contamination. 

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Scrumptious Treats and may not be used without permission.
